MangoCraft Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

MangoCraft specializes in video production, motion graphics, and explainer video services. Due to the creative, customized, and resource-intensive nature of our work, this Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both MangoCraft and our clients.

1. General Principles

• All MangoCraft services are provided on a project-based and customized basis.
• Fees reflect the creative effort, time, expertise, and production resources invested at each stage.
• Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated based on the project’s progress and agreed milestones.

2. Refund Eligibility by Project Stage

2.1 Before Project Commencement

If the client cancels the project before MangoCraft has begun any work (including research, scripting, or concept development):

• The client may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the amount paid,
• Minus any administrative, consultation, or onboarding fees (if applicable and previously disclosed)

2.2 After Pre-Production Has Started

Once MangoCraft has started any of the following:

• Research and content planning
• Scriptwriting
• Storyboarding
• Visual style or motion concept development

➡️ Payments made for this stage are non-refundable, as these deliverables are creative and customized.

2.3 During or After Production / Post-Production

Once the project enters:

• Motion design or animation
• Video editing or compositing
• Voice-over recording or sound design
• Revisions based on client feedback

➡️ No refunds will be issued, as the services have been partially or fully delivered and cannot be reused.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind or shift in creative direction after project commencement
• Project delays caused by lack of client feedback, assets, or approvals
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences outside the agreed scope
• Customized or bespoke creative services
• Digital files or final deliverables that have already been delivered

4. Revisions in Place of Refunds

In lieu of refunds, MangoCraft prioritizes:

• Revisions within the number of rounds specified in the project agreement or quotation
• Adjustments that remain within the originally approved scope and concept

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund review (where applicable), the client must:

1. Submit a written request within 7 days of the issue arising
2. Include:
   • Client name or company name
   • Project or contract reference
   • Clear reason for the refund request

MangoCraft will review the request and respond within 5–10 business days. All refund decisions are final and made in accordance with the signed agreement.

6. Policy Updates

MangoCraft reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our website with the updated effective date.
